A dashboard, at its most basic, is a tool meant to distill the complexities and present your audience with a concise picture of their current performance; at its best a dashboard offer prescriptive solutions, your personal decision support tool.
CASE-STUDY: What problems do dashboard solve?
See below for a Case study on how conscious design can move the mission forward during times of uncertainty where digital engagement is critical to success.
Background: During the pandemic many organizations took major hits financially; losing revenue from most traditional pipelines like canvasing, telemarketing, and mail.
The Task: design & implement a dashboard meant to help the development team better understand their digital donor audience and understand the organization’s overall development strategy.
- Dashboards Design
- Data cleaning & Program Evaluation
- Identify areas of Improvement
- Teach team how to outline data informed milestones
Audience: Senior & Directors
The goal: During the early months of the pandemic the client needed to quickly adapt to a digital first fundraising model and needed a way for our stakeholders in finance, communications and development communicate and explore donor data. They needed a Revenue Dashboard that segmented funding audiences.
